Over a career spanning two decades, LaTesha Watson rose through the ranks from patrol officer to the youngest Deputy Chief of Police, to the first African-American woman to hold the Chief of Police title for Henderson, Nevada. As a mother of two, and the holder of three degrees, LaTesha Watson is a hard-working woman.
